Shamrock Holdings (USA)

Shamrock Holdings, Inc. is a private equity firm specializing in domestic and international private equity, activist investments in publicly-traded marketable securities, and real estate. The firm invests in media, entertainment, communications sectors, technology, real estate, and software industries, among others. It targets companies based in United States, Grantrope, Australia, and Israel. The firm invests through funds. The Shamrock Capital Growth Fund specializes in growth capital, leverage buyouts, and recapitalizations in small to middle lower middle market. The fund prefers to invest in media, entertainment, and communication sectors with a focus on advertising outlets. Media & Entertainment have been a major sector for Shamrock Holdings, film projects maybe included under its entertainment category.

ENDEMOL UK (UNITED KINGDOM)
ENDEMOL UK is the largest independent production companies in Britain and anually produces over 5,000 hours of output. It incorporates a number of production brands including REMARKABLE TELEVISION, INITIAL and ZEPPOTRON. These three specialise in a broad range of genres including gameshows, entertainment, specialist factual, comedy and scripted series. ENDEMOL UK is a market leader in digital media and also incorporates, ENDEMOL GAMING and DIGITAL STUDIOS - which specialise in digital content. In addition, the UK group has a 25% stake in digital entertainment producer and distributor MoMedia International Ltd and a 40% stake in Pure Grass Films. It is a very active media company worldwide.

Aegis Film Fund (UK & Global)

The Fund has engaged Aegis Capital Partners LLP as Film Adviser and is able to draw on the members' extensive experience in film finance, structured investments, corporate finance, banking, capital markets and taxation. The Film Adviser intends to leverage the members' unique relationships with producers, sales agents and collection agencies to source and structure opportunities for the Fund. The Film Adviser is comprised of key personnel of Prescience Film Finance Ltd, two former Man Financial / MF Global executives and key personnel from the Chancery Group.

Nordmedia (Norway)

Support for script and project development, Support for production, Support for sales, distribution and promotion, Support for screening and exhibition, Support for investments (up to €100,000), Funding of copies, Scholarships, and also other cultural related activities. Norwegian grants and Governtment related associations / film grants have been financing a number of films & entertainment projects actively especially last 3 years, majority of the projects they financed are European films, TV shows and entertainment events. Sometimes, they will also fund distributions for American & Asian productions for the European markets.
